Meet the Professor

As part of our junior faculty mentorship program, from time to time, we have a dinner meeting with a prominent academician to give general advice on how to best succeed in academic medicine, run a lab, get funded, etc.

Our first "Meet the Professor Dinner" took place on May 15 and featured Dr. Augustine Choi, chair of our department of medicine. Dr. Choi is a world class clinician and scientist with hundreds of publications, and extensive NIH funding and administrative experience.
